Who says you can't get anything for $1.00 anymore?

Yard sale season is right around the corner, I think, as I look out the window and see snow flurries. So, I decided to share this awesome bargain I found at a neighborhood yard sale at the end of last summer: an Old Navy shirt dress for $1.00!
Old Navy shirt dress
To match the blue flowers and green leaves in the dress's print, I coordinated it with a sage green t-shirt, sage green tights, and a steel blue sweater.

All told, I spent about $35.00 on the entire outfit.
  • Old Navy dress: $1.00 (yard sale)
  • Sage green tee: $3.99 (Goodwill)
  • Sage green tights: $5.99 (TJ Maxx)
  • Steel blue sweater: $3.99 (Goodwill)
  • Brown boots: $19.99 (on clearance at The Shoe Department)
This was a great outfit for those warm fall days, and I can't wait to wear it again this spring with a cute pair of flats, if it ever gets warm enough. Think spring!

What’s your most memorable bargain?
