Don't be afraid to take a fashion risk

I love how my daughter expresses herself through clothes. Last week, for Valentine's Day, Eliza decided to do it up right. Here she is in her Valentine's Day outfit.

Eliza on Valentine's Day
Eliza celebrates life everyday, and it shows in her style. To celebrate Valentine's Day, she wore a crocheted poncho as a skirt over gray leggings and a pair of pink shorts. On top, she paired a lilac cami with her "love" shirt. She incorporated texture with her fuzzy teal scarf and faux-fur boots. Then, she tied it all together with pink "nerd" glasses and a heart pendant.

This outfit reflects Eliza's vivaciousness, creativity, and fearlessness. She is one 10-year old who is not afraid to take a fashion risk. I hope she never loses her confidence or her joie de vivre.

Girls just wanna have fun!
